Country Project Officer with Security Clearance

In this role you will get to support our global biometrics solutions for federal partners to enhance national security. What You'll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the technical and logistics teams to plan, pre-stage, direct, schedule, and execute new installations and upgrades of networks for our host nation partners.
• Serve as a country point of contact (POC) for OCONUS deployments to our host nation partners.
• Work closely with the engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure day to day execution of installations and upgrades.
• Facilitate and lead interactions with our host nation partners. What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field with 12 years of experience; 3 of those years in a leadership role at a field site.
• Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Knowledgeable on engineering processes.
• Willing to travel 20-40% internationally and have ability to conduct site surveys and coordinate installation logistics.
• Must have an active Passport. What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
• Experience working on OCONUS deployments and liaising with host nation partners.
• Experience developing workflow processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and technique appropriate to the audience.
• Extensive analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organization skills. Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
