MAGTF CI/HUMINT Instructor – Schoolhouse Training Support Bring operational realism to the schoolhouse. We’re looking for a seasoned MAGTF CI/HUMINT professional who can teach, coach, and evaluate students through immersive training that mirrors the environments and challenges they’ll face in the field. If you thrive in front of a class, know how to run high-tempo practical exercises, and can translate experience into confident instruction—this role is for you. What you’ll do * Deliver instruction across the full MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course curriculum in a schoolhouse environment
- Teach and evaluate using a mix of briefs, lectures, presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and practical applications aligned to the POI
- Build realistic, scenario-driven training that stress-tests key CI/HUMINT capabilities, including: * CI functional services, CI collection, CI investigative activities (including surveillance) * CI analysis and production, support to CI operations * Overt HUMINT debriefing, clandestine HUMINT operations, and intelligence interrogations
- Train, advise, and mentor students and teams on CI/HUMINT tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Role play, teach, and grade intelligence and operational reporting; support as a Faculty Advisor (FACAD)
- Integrate into training exercises and deliver critiques, grading, AARs, and formal student evaluations aligned to established T&R standards
- Provide day-to-day oversight of classroom activity and training events; support program reviews, training coordination meetings, and course content reviews
- Support exercises that may require motor vehicles and other training support equipment
- Participate in follow-on training as needed to improve instruction and refine curriculum Minimum requirements * Graduate of the MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course
- 6 years of experience conducting CI/HUMINT activities
- Strong knowledge of instructional methods that simulate real-world CI/HUMINT operations
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain structure during practical exercises
- Comfortable delivering both verbal and computer-based instruction
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- U.S. Citizen Preferred * Previously qualified and experienced as a TECOM/TRNGCMD instructor
