• Variety of Company Sponsored Events Position Responsibilities: Join GRVTY's mission-focused team as a Data Scientist responsible for transforming vast streams of infrared and geospatial data into actionable intelligence. You'll apply advanced analytics, AI/ML, and statistical methods to discover new insights and develop data-driven models that enhance real-world mission performance. * Develop and evaluate machine learning and AI algorithms to process and analyze multi-modal sensor data.
• Perform data validation, feature extraction, and statistical studies to ensure analytic accuracy.
• Work with software engineers to operationalize models into production systems.
• Conduct R&D in support of next-generation PED (Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) capabilities.
• Present findings through visualizations, reports, and technical briefings to mission stakeholders. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Python and common data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex analytic results to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of data wrangling, model training, and evaluation techniques. Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with remote sensing or GEOINT data.
• Experience with AI/ML model validation and data quality assessments.
• Knowledge of GIS, database design, or statistical visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Plotly).
