Piper Companies is seeking a Federal DENO (Dedicated Engineer for Network Operations) to join a team supporting the Navy in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position requiring an active Secret clearance. The ideal candidate will have strong VoIP/SIP expertise and experience with Ribbon products in a customer-facing environment. This is an onsite 5 day a week position in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities: * Serve as the Ribbon product subject matter expert for federal clients
- Configure and integrate Ribbon products into customer environments
- Conduct extended lab evaluations of new software or hardware
- Provide critical project assistance and technical guidance
- Perform fault isolation, issue triage, investigation, replication, and resolution
- Collaborate with Ribbon Support and Product teams; escalate tickets when necessary
- Ability to troubleshoot and interpret SIP messaging; deep understanding of SIP layer troubleshooting
- Experience with provisioning on CUCM or similar platforms (Ribbon Application Server experience preferred; training provided)
- Familiarity with PBX features: provisioning, debugging call features, configuring IP in PBX, and validating functionality
- Comfortable navigating PBX systems and ensuring feature configurations
- Clearance: Secret
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
