Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Loan Officer based in Royal Oak, MI. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying suitable loan solutions, providing expert financial advice, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring proper underwriting. Day-to-day tasks will include originating loans, reviewing financial documents, and delivering outstanding customer service to guide borrowers through the lending process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Loan Origination and demonstrated expertise as a Loan Officer
- Knowledge of financial principles and experience in Underwriting
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Current and active NMLS license
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial documents accurately
- Prior experience in the mortgage or finance industry is preferred
