Entry Level Mortgage Loan Officer – $100K–$250K | Training Leads Provided:
At Olympian Mortgage, we are hiring motivated individuals to become Mortgage Loan Officers and build a career in high-income mortgage sales, including refinance and purchase loans.
No prior mortgage experience required.
If you have sales ability, strong communication skills, and the drive to perform & We provide the system, training, and lead flow to help you succeed as a Loan Officer.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn to operate as a Mortgage Loan Officer
- Handle inbound and outbound mortgage sales calls
- Convert leads into applications for refinance and purchase loans
- Build and manage a pipeline from contact to close
- Develop objection-handling and closing skills
