IT Project Manager

Clear Winds is looking for an IT Project Manager. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing communications with stakeholders (team members and clients) to ensure project alignment with business goals.

This person will also need to be able to multi-task on different projects. Projects will include design, analysis, implementation, troubleshooting and tuning. A strong work ethic, communication skills and organizational skills is a must. A willingness to take ownership of the project while prioritizing its purpose to serve the users is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure for IT initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Track and manage equipment, software and material deliveries for timely project milestones.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of project management experience in IT or related technology fields.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Moovila, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
