We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team, focusing on responding to inquiries and building relationships that lead to new Moving and Relocation clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals within designated territories.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new referral sources then converting the prospects into customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and area events to promote services and expand the client base.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing referral sources through regular follow-ups and support.
Skills
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on cold calling techniques.
