Job Summary
Clear Standard Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a part-time W-2 position with approximately 5–10 hours per week to start, with opportunities for additional hours as our client base grows. Weekly hours may vary based on client needs.
Our Cleaning Technicians work at residential and commercial client locations throughout the Phoenix area. Services may include recurring cleaning, residential and commercial turnovers, post-construction cleanup, and other specialty cleaning services.
Pay: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties according to CSCC standards and job-specific checklists.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas and other assigned spaces.
- Dust and wipe surfaces; vacuum, sweep and mop floors; clean fixtures and other surfaces.
- Perform turnover and post-construction cleaning as assigned.
- Safely use cleaning products, supplies and equipment provided or approved by CSCC.
- Follow client-specific instructions and protect client property, keys and access information.
- Complete assigned work thoroughly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with CSCC management, team members and clients when appropriate.
- Report damage, safety concerns, supply needs or unusual conditions promptly.
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience is preferred, but we will consider dependable candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required because employees travel to various client locations.
- Ability to reliably arrive at scheduled job sites on time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and professional conduct.
- Ability to follow written cleaning checklists and instructions.
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, timekeeping and work-related communication.
- Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting/carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.
