As a Solar Panel Cleaning Technician, you'll be out in the field every day doing hands-on work that directly impacts our customers' energy performance. You'll work alongside your crew, follow proven cleaning methods, and take pride in leaving every job site better than you found it.

What You'll Be Doing
Solar Panel Cleaning
- Clean residential and commercial solar panel arrays using water-fed poles, filtration systems, and approved methods
- Ensure every panel is cleaned thoroughly with no damage, streaks, or residue
- Follow job plans and complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule
Equipment & Vehicle Care
- Operate and maintain water-fed poles, hoses, filtration systems, and safety gear
- Help load, unload, and secure equipment on vehicles and trailers
- Inspect your tools and equipment daily and report any maintenance needs
Safety
- Follow all safety protocols including ladder safety, fall protection, and electrical awareness
- Wear required PPE and maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Report any safety concerns, property damage, or system issues immediately
Teamwork & Professionalism
- Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work every day
- Support your crew and communicate clearly on the job site
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and property managers
- Take direction from your Crew Leader and ask questions when needed
Who You Are
- Reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing quality work
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day
- A team player who communicates well and supports the crew
- Detail-oriented — you don't cut corners or leave a job half-done
- Some experience in solar cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, landscaping, or similar field work is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person
