As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients’ homes. Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality residential cleaning services, including deep cleaning and recurring maintenance cleaning
• Follow company standards and checklists to ensure consistency and excellence in every service
• Maintain attention to detail in all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled service windows
• Be adaptable to different homes, client preferences, and service types
• Support team operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when needed
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
