Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and community engagement to generate new business opportunities
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, scheduling maintenance, and upselling additional services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to expand market presence and increase sales volume within assigned regions
- Present product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our gutter systems and related services
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking, customer follow-up, and sales pipeline management to ensure seamless communication and record keeping
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through project completion
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on management or business development roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, cold calling, negotiation, and direct sales strategies
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience in retail sales or service industries is a plus; familiarity with marketing techniques is advantageous
