What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Safe, reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in creating consistent, secure, and happy lives for the people we serve. Every day, you’ll make a real difference through acts of care, encouragement, and respect.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.)
- Promoting independence and self-confidence
- Assisting with transportation and community activities
- Keeping living spaces safe and clean
- Observing and reporting changes to ensure client well-being
- Collaborating with a caring team to meet personalized goals
