Requirements:Summary Objective: The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and operational improvements. This role works closely with leadership and department teams to identify trends, build reports, and develop insights that improve efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate complex data into meaningful information for stakeholders.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business operations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, operations, and clinical teams to analyze workforce, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through validation and quality control processes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data models and reporting tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports.
- Support special projects and data requests from leadership teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Position reports to COO with financial oversight from Director, FP&A
Working Conditions and Environmental/Physical Demands:
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands?and/or fingers.
- Operating motor vehicle.
- No adverse environmental conditions expected.
Position/Type/ Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position and core hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Potential for evening and weekend hours as required.
- Flexibility in hybrid setting or work from home

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and macros, pivot tables, data manipulation and modeling).
- Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, database structures, and data querying preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills and Abilities:
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate results and insights of analyses to key stakeholders, including leadership team, PE sponsors, and physician partners
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make recommendations to fully capitalize on available opportunities
- Highly organized with developed time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of intellectual curiosity to look for ways to incorporate technology to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting needs
- Experience with healthcare practice management and EMR platforms preferred
- Advanced experience in all Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Power BI
