Clear River Counseling & Wellness is a group private practice located in Melissa, TX. We specialize in treating PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and communication challenges across the lifespan. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based modalities including EMDR, ART, CPT, ACT, NET, and SFBT. As an LPC at Clear River Counseling & Wellness, you will provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with peers in a warm, team-oriented environment. - Master’s degree in counseling or related field
- Fully licensed in Texas as an LPC (Associate-level candidates will not be considered at this time)
- 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a trauma-informed therapeutic orientation
- Experience with adolescents, adults, or both
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload with autonomy and professionalism
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality individual therapy to adolescents and/or adults
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with team members and participate in group consultation
- Engage in ongoing professional development and best practices
- Maintain a caseload of 24–28 client sessions per week
- Offer occasional evening availability to meet client scheduling needs
- Hybrid work environment with flexible, non-linear scheduling — therapists are in-office ~70% of the week, with room to adjust for school pickups, appointments, and commute preferences
