Technical Accountant

Job Title: Technical Accounting & Reporting Associate (Contract, Hybrid – Boston)

Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid (2–3 days in office/week)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform technical accounting research & prepare analyses/whitepapers.
• Maintain and update accounting policies.
• Support business initiatives by assessing accounting & financial statement impacts.
• Monitor new accounting standards & help with cross-team implementation.
• Collaborate with auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

What You Bring:

• CPA required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 8 years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 or public company preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 808, ASC 730.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
