Role Overview

As an Insurance Agent, you will connect with customers at pivotal moments to deliver optimized coverage and meaningful savings through our agency network. Our client's proprietary technology automatically builds tailored quotes directly from a customer's existing policy information, you will spend less time on manual data entry and quoting, and more time actively engaging clients, closing sales, and cross-selling additional lines to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to warm prospects when verified insurance savings have been identified.

• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and SMS.

• Educate customers on auto insurance products, coverage options, and agency value.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively offer additional lines (e.g., homeowners, renters, umbrella).

• Confidently guide conversations using an assumptive sales approach to close policies.

• Proactively meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Maintain detailed CRM records to track pipeline activity and manage leads efficiently.

• Ensure strict adherence to all insurance compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License maintained in your current state of residence.

• 3 years of experience in auto insurance sales (high-volume call center experience preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously (CRM, quoting, rating tools).

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong time-management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while managing a high-volume pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working in digital-first insurance platforms or InsurTech environments.

• Familiarity with comparative raters and insurance CRM tools (e.g., EZLynx, AgencyZoom, Salesforce).

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
