We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you will assist with receiving, sorting, organizing, packing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Use handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment to track inventory.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
- Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.
- Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform tasks involving lifting, carrying, sorting, and organizing merchandise.
Pay: $24.20 - $29.20 per hour
