Clear Path Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Flexible Itinerant Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This unique position is designed for clinicians who enjoy variety and want the freedom to choose when, where, and how much they work.
As part of our mission to support children, families, and communities through exceptional therapy services, the Itinerant SLP will provide short-term coverage for therapists taking PTO, parental leave, medical leave, vacancies, and other temporary staffing needs throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Unlike traditional positions, clinicians in this role have the ability to accept or decline assignments based on their interests, availability, and preferred locations. Opportunities may be available in schools, preschools, daycares, outpatient clinics, homes, early intervention settings, and community-based programs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Pennsylvania state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred/Supported:
- PA Department of Education School Speech-Language Pathologist certification (K–12)(Support available for candidates working toward certification)
Requirements
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Must reside near or be willing to relocate to the Mechanicsburg, PA area
- Must be willing to travel between locations within approximately a one-hour radius
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided)
