School Speech Language Pathologist

POSITION SUMMARY

Clear Path Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-led pediatric practice headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA, with school-based, early intervention, and outpatient services provided throughout Central Pennsylvania. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated school-based team in the Manchester, PA area.

In this role, the Speech-Language Pathologist will partner with local school districts to support students with a wide range of communication needs through evaluations, therapy services, consultation, and IEP development and implementation. We are committed to helping our clinicians focus on what matters most: providing high-quality services to students while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Unlike many therapy companies, we have built our organization around supporting our clinicians. Every therapist is paired with a dedicated supervisor as part of our leadership team. Our supervisors intentionally maintain reduced caseloads (approximately 60% productivity) and oversee small teams of only 8 to 10 therapists and support personnel. This allows for meaningful mentorship, clinical consultation, problem-solving support, and professional growth opportunities throughout your career.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education/certifications:

• MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CFs are welcome! Mentorship offered)
• Valid PA Department of Education Licensure in Speech Language Pathology (or provisional license for CFs. Can help with this!)
• PA Department of Education School Speech Language Pathologist K-12 certification (education specialist I or II) – will offer assistance with this

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pass required background checks
• All of the above education/certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
