BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY:
The Community Bank Teller is the face of the Bank and plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is responsible for accurately processing financial transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering strong customer relationships by delivering a friendly and efficient banking experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties, Skills, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other basic transactions.
- Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies promptly.
- Verify endorsements and identification for negotiable instruments in accordance with policy.
- Maintain and reconcile night drop deposits as assigned.
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding account balances, products, services, and bank policies.
- Address and resolve any operational or customer service issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by Management to support departmental functions.
- Must comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related and/or consistent with business necessity.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Alternating sitting or standing at will as needed
- Walk, stand, bend, squat, twisting and reaching.
- Consistently operate a computer and other productivity equipment through method of both Fine and Gross Manipulation
- Ability to perceive sound in the capacity of oral communication
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand regulations, policies, and procedures.
- High-level professionalism and interpersonal skills including courtesy, tact, and diplomacy as giving and obtaining information may require discussion of a sensitive or personal nature.
Required Experience: - Prior banking experience a plus
