Marketing Coordinator
Hybrid (Carlsbad, CA) | Part-Time | 10–15 Hours Per Week | $20–$23/Hour

Position Summary:
We're looking for a creative and self-motivated Part-time Marketing Coordinator to help grow the company's online presence and support commercial business development efforts. This role focuses on social media management, content creation, email marketing, and social advertising support. The ideal candidate enjoys creating engaging content, capturing video, and helping local businesses tell their story online.
Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work with Clear Digital Labs, a leading provider of digital marketing education and apprenticeship programs. As part of this partnership, you'll receive top-notch training, industry-recognized certifications, and mentorship from seasoned marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation
● Capture photos and videos of projects, team members, equipment, and services
● Create and edit short-form video content for social media
● Develop content that highlights the company's expertise, history, and completed work
Social Media Marketing
● Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
● Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction
● Research content ideas, trends, and growth opportunities
Email Marketing & Paid Advertising
● Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer outreach
● Support paid social advertising campaigns and monitor performance
● Help generate awareness and leads for commercial services
Reporting & Collaboration
● Track marketing performance and provide basic reporting
● Collaborate with business leadership on marketing initiatives and campaign ideas
Qualifications
● Experience with social media management and content creation
● Comfortable recording and editing video content
● Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
● Experience with Meta Ads
● Experience with email marketing platforms
● Photography or videography experience
● Experience marketing for local or service-based businesses
Compensation & Schedule
● $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
● 10–15 hours per week
