Clear Creek Trading Post has been a beloved fixture in Uptown Sedona since 2002. We are a traditional trading post style shop carrying over 3,000 unique items across seven themed rooms — from Native American crafts and handmade jewelry to crystals, cowboy goods, and artisan items. We pride ourselves on providing an unhurried, genuine shopping experience for the visitors and locals who walk through our doors.

We are a small, close-knit team and we take that seriously. The right person for this role will find a welcoming, low-pressure environment where their contribution is visible, valued, and genuinely makes a difference.

**The Position:**

We are looking for a part time Retail Sales Associate for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. This is a permanent weekend schedule — please only apply if Friday through Sunday availability is a genuine, long term commitment for you.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Welcome and assist customers in a warm, unhurried way — no high pressure sales, ever
- Maintain an assigned area of the store to a consistent visual standard
- Restock and organize inventory during slow periods
- Learn the stories and details behind the products in your area
- Communicate regularly with management and contribute to a team that genuinely works together

**Schedule & Compensation:**

- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
- Approximately 18-24 hours per week
- $17 per hour
- 30 minute paid on-site lunch break
- 30% employee discount on all store merchandise

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Reliable, consistent attendance — this is a small team and every shift matters
- Genuine warmth with customers and coworkers
- Ability to self-direct during slow periods without constant supervision
- Comfort being on your feet and moving throughout the store
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required — the right attitude matters more

**This position is not a fit if:**

- You are looking to transition to a weekday schedule over time
- You need full time hours or full time income
- You prefer to be told exactly what to do every moment of every shift
