Qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure
High School Diploma/GED
Valid Texas Driver's License
Must be able to pass criminal history and MVR driving record check as required by CCISD.
Special Knowledge/Skills
Basic computer skills for data entry
Strength and stamina to lift and carry boxes weighing 40-50 lbs. frequently; push loaded dolly/ hand truck
Ability to drive delivery truck/forklift
Good communication skills
Ability to work well without constant supervision
Organizational skills and attention to detail

Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Check shipments received; report receipts and shipment errors to Instructional Materials Coordinator.
- Break down pallets of boxes of textbook materials received at district warehouse, sort by school and deliver to campuses or to textbook depository.
- Fill textbook orders and deliver to schools from new shipments or from depository.
- Transfer materials from schools with overages to schools with shortages.
- Enter records of deliveries and transfers into Hayes Textbook Inventory Software.
- Arrange for use of CCISD vehicle for textbook delivery.
- Organize and maintain CCISD Textbook Depository inventory; make reports on holdings, as requested.
- Receive and check in adoption samples, un-box and display official district samples for public viewing.
- Exhibit CCISD Core Values of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
- Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.
