Job Description

Clear Cloud Solutions is a fast-growing Security Systems Integration, Low Voltage and Electrical Contracting company located in Southern California specializing in Security Systems Integration, IP Video Surveillance, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Low Voltage Cabling and Perimeter Security Systems in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with Security and Integration experience to serve as our Project and Service Coordinator. This will be a fast-paced job with huge growth potential.

Title: Project and Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations for the Service department. This includes ensuring all service calls and preventative maintenance are completed in the scheduled period.
• Coordinate with Customers and clients’ service Coordinators to provide timely updates on open notifications.
• Coordinate service calls and manage the service ticket distribution and Technician delegation.
• Prepare biweekly reports of open and on-hold notifications with detailed reasons.
• Review weekly/monthly service billing, ensuring all materials and expenses are accounted for.
• Review of service technician’s time sheets to validate and communicate discrepancies to the attention of management.
• Provide Superior Customer Experience in all tasks, internally and externally.
• Supporting administrative tasks for Project Managers, Coordinators, etc.
• Work with Project Managers and Project Coordinators for project handoff from installation to warranty, ensuring service has all pertinent documents and information.
• Assist Project Managers/APMs/Leads, when requested, with time-critical tasks so that project deadlines are met and superior customer service is provided
• Responsible for obtaining quotes, purchasing, and managing materials for the service department from multiple vendors. This is to include tracking of materials to ensure they are sent to the proper location.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and key suppliers from a procurement perspective.
• Occasionally attend meetings with clients if required to review projects, discuss concerns, and address needs.
• Should have a basic level of knowledge in the security or related industry, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  
  

Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Able to pass a federal background check.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Preferred:

• Associates degree in Management, Business or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in a lead position.
