We are currently looking for a Part Time HR Assistant in the city of Corona.
The HR Assistant will managing and supporting the Human Resources functions for an organization serving individuals with disabilities.
Responsabilities
- Upholds compliance with all HR Policies and procedures, as well as federal, California State, and local emplyment laws, incluiding EEO, FLSA, and DDS Title 17/22.
- Oversees the benefits program for consumer employee, maintaining and updating the Consumer benefits spreadsheet.
- Provides guiance on FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other leave programs, maintains leave spreadsheets, and manages return-to-work procedures, incluiding benefits during leave.
- Conducts in-person training sessions on Sexual Harassment Prevention, Anti-Discrimitation/ Diversity, and other HR/H&S topics as requested.
- Assist consumer attendance, follows up on cases belos 75%, and collaborates with Case Managers to improve attendance.
- Attends Case Manager meetings and provides HR Support as needed.
- Generates Consumer HR Reports, auditing staff attendance, issuing notifications for excessive absences, and procesing time cards for temporaty staff.
Requirements:
- Minimun of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Associate Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.
- Strong read, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Gmail, Various databases, Microsoft Office
- Detail-Oriented
Monday - Friday
Hours: 10 am - 2 pm
Salary : $20 - $25
