This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in El Paso, TX, with allowance for some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage the sales process to meet individual and team revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. The role will focus on understanding client goals and aligning them with Clear Channel Outdoor's advertising solutions.
- Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, Client Management, or Account Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Relationship Building
- Knowledge of Advertising, Marketing, or Media Sales
- Experience in Proposal Writing, Contract Negotiation, and Sales Strategy
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Data Analysis for tracking performance metrics
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach with time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
