We are looking for 1–2 self-motivated appointment setters to generate conversations and book discovery calls with qualified business owners. You will be paid the full $1,000 setup fee on every client that closes from your outreach. No base pay, no draw — pure performance.
What you will do:
- Run personalized outreach on LinkedIn, email, and light phone follow-up to decision-makers at target businesses
- Book qualified discovery / free consultation calls directly onto the owner’s calendar
- Follow a simple, proven process and messaging framework we provide
- Track activity and results in a shared system
- Hand off warm conversations cleanly so the owner can run the consult and close
Ideal background:
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or appointment setting (agency, SaaS, or local-business background is a plus)
- Comfortable with pure commission and motivated by uncapped earnings
- Coachable, consistent, and able to follow a process while still sounding human
- Self-starter who can work independently and report results daily/weekly
Compensation
- $1,000 paid to you for every client that signs from a lead/meeting you originated
