As a Project Manager at Cleantec, you will be responsible for managing large-scale cleaning projects, including stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. We're looking for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and has experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in janitorial or facility maintenance Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with safety and OSHA regulations Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff Availability to travel overnight for client meetings and project oversight.

- Occasional travel required for overnight project oversight and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenditures, and team performance
