We are seeking a dependable, skilled Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and upkeep of multiple commercial properties. This role requires hands-on maintenance abilities as well as strong coordination skills to ensure repairs and tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily portering, trash removal, and general grounds upkeep
• Light bulb and lighting fixture replacements
• Ceiling tile replacements and minor interior/exterior repairs
• Running wire and assisting with basic low-voltage electrical tasks
• Snow removal, walkway clearing, and seasonal outdoor maintenance
• General plumbing troubleshooting (clogs, leaks, fixture swaps)
• Routine property inspections and reporting of maintenance needs
• Completing and documenting work orders with accuracy
• Coordinating maintenance activities with vendors, tenants, and property managers
• Scheduling and following up on subcontractor work to ensure timely completion
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions
  
  

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional additional hours required based on weather conditions, emergencies, or property needs.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Carpentry skills (framing, drywall, trim, small build-outs)
• Fence repair and rebuild capabilities
• Basic concrete work (patching, forming, curbs, small pours)
• Painting, patching, and general finish repair
• Ability to safely operate skidsteers, lawn mowers, snow blowers, and similar equipment
• Strong maintenance coordination skills—able to prioritize tasks, communicate with tenants, track projects, and close out workefficiently
• Ability to read and understand basic workscopes, diagrams, and vendor quotes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
