What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced House Cleaner - Independent Contractor position at CleanSpace?

We are a professional cleaning company seeking 1 experienced residential cleaner to join our team as an independent contractor (1099).
Our clients are primarily located in Sussex, Morris and Passaic County. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in professional home cleaning.

Daily Pay – Get paid after each completed job
Competitive Pay – Earn a percentage of each job (50-60%, which averages between $26 and $30 per job).
We handle all customer communication, scheduling and invoicing. You only show up to do what you do best - cleaning!
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (with real paying clients)
- Must understand the difference between Deep Cleaning vs. Standard Cleaning, AND able to follow cleaning checklists.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (professional vacuum, mop, towels, products, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time to scheduled jobs.
- Work independently and efficiently without supervision
- Perform high-quality cleanings, including:
- Kitchens (counters, appliances, inside fridge/oven when applicable)
- Bathrooms (toilets, showers, tile, glass doors, hard water and limescale removal)
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Maintain strong attention to detail (corners, edges, baseboards, under furniture, etc.)
- Proper use of cleaning products and equipment.

- Those seeking a traditional Full Time or Part Time position. Job offers to start with 1 to 2 job offers per week. Any completed jobs are offered to remain in your recurring schedule, to build up your schedule to Part Time or Full Time, if you wish.
