This is not a typical call center role. You are the first impression of a company that builds high performance cleanroom environments for leading industries. What You Will Do:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients nationwide (various time zones)
Follow a structured script while keeping conversations natural and engaging
Ask thoughtful questions and guide discussions with confidence
Set qualified appointments and/or generate requests for quotes
Represent the company with professionalism and polish in every interaction

Professional, polite, and well mannered
Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
Coachable and able to quickly learn scripts and responses
Comfortable speaking with business professionals and decision makers

In-person Office Setting
Pay: $18-22/hr depending on experience
Added Incentive

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Proficient in active listening and problem-solving to address and resolve customer issues effectively
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and handling data entry with accuracy
- Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or call center roles; a background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a bonus
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with adaptability for a hybrid work environment
