Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone with internet access
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with a strong understanding of janitorial and custodial practices
- Expertise in cleaning surfaces, including countertops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and outdoor areas
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and other specialized tools
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals along with proper safety protocols for their use
- Exceptional time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations
- Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or patios effectively
- Attention to detail in all aspects of cleaning — from dusting hard-to-reach areas to sanitizing high-touch surfaces
