Job Description
What we are Looking For: Independent, Self-Motivated and Hard-Working People
Previous experience is not necessary but you must be dependable, self-sufficient, flexible and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking to hire 3 - 4 professional cleaner's before Summer with experience preferred to clean Vacation properties, then Residential homes and Commercial buildings regularly.
Currently taking applications and interviewing for the rest of this year through the season for vacation rental cleaners and inspectors part time and full time, year round.
ALL positions are required to begin as a Vacation Rental Cleaner BEFORE moving into other positions as we find out your skill-set!
What You'll Do:
Create a welcoming environment for our guests' experience by ensuring homes are cared for and cleaned to CYWI standard with our optional cleaning supplies! Further details and pay will be discussed during the interview.
Vacation Rental cleaning is paid by piece rate weekly. Hourly positions start out at $13/hr for training, however you can quickly earn $14 - 15hr & more as you learn and we find out your skill-set!
The Skills You'll Need:
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation (your own vehicle preferred)
- MUST have WORKING Cell Phone
- Weekend availability, mandatory during the season (Spring Break and Summer; June-August)
- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, like taking feedback from our inspectors.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed based on the demands of the facility or client schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds.
