Responsibilities
- Grow revenue using an existing book of janitorial clients
- Build and maintain relationships with property and facility managers
- Identify and close new commercial cleaning opportunities
- Conduct site walkthroughs and develop pricing and proposals
- Work with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Track leads and opportunities in a CRM
- 15 years of sales experience
- 5 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning sales experience
- Ability to bid and estimate janitorial services
- Existing book of business
- Established relationships with property and facility managers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Base salary plus commission (uncapped)
