Essential Job Duties
- Perform professional-grade cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitation, and high/low detail cleaning
- Complete and document routine inspections
- Carry out heavy-duty cleaning tasks when required
- Maintain strict schedules and time management
- Stock, organize, and maintain supply areas
- Report facility issues promptly
- Adapt workflow as needed to meet quality standards
- Follow all health, safety, and company protocols
- Work cooperatively with management and our valued clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven commercial cleaning experience — REQUIRED (applicants without commercial experience will not be considered)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, methods, and safety procedures
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be 21 or older
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
