Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning technican who is looking to add a few more hours to their week. This is a contract position with no set number of hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for professionally and efficiently cleaning our clients home, offices, clubhouses etc. As a cleaning technician your primary duties will include sanitizing, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all designated areas of the client's property.
Duites & Responsibility
- Travel to client properties promptly and professionally, and on-time.
- Review checklists
- Ensure that all items on the checklist have been completed
- Take pride and accountability in your work
- Skills
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot cleanliness issues.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
