Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment across various facilities. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health standards are met
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a polished appearance
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety guidelines related to chemical use
