Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial facilities, or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
- Conduct floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure readiness for next use
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
- Experience working in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Hands-on experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards
