Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various residential spaces
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living environments, adhering to safety standards and best practices
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas when necessary
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to prevent injury
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all tools are properly sanitized and stored after use
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs, provide updates on service completion, and address any special requests or concerns

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning including carpet cleaning, floor care, and outdoor work experience is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation procedures, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes
• Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely and operate cleaning machinery with proficiency
• Experience in housekeeping management or client communication enhances service quality and customer satisfaction
