Clean Your Dirty Face is a fast-growing facial bar offering relaxing, results-driven 30-minute facials using clean beauty skincare. Our studios are bright, upbeat, and focused on helping clients maintain a consistent skincare routine through our membership program.
We are looking for a friendly, confident Front Desk Sales Associate who enjoys talking with clients and helping them commit to their skincare routine.
This role requires someone comfortable selling memberships, recommending services, and supporting the studio in reaching monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming studio environment
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
- Educate clients about facial services and skincare products
- Confidently sell monthly memberships and enhancements
- Recommend retail skincare products when appropriate
- Follow up with clients to help them rebook appointments
- Maintain front desk organization and studio cleanliness
- Support the team in achieving monthly membership and sales goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience REQUIRED (retail, fitness studios, beauty, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable recommending products and selling memberships
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and professional
- Weekend availability preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
