Position Summary
Clean Team Inc. is hiring 3rd Shift Commercial Cleaners in Fort Wayne, IN. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer overnight work and enjoy independent, hands-on tasks in a structured environment.

What You'll Do
As a commercial cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the Coliseum. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas to ensure they meet company standards. You will clean and maintain a variety of spaces throughout the facility, including foyers, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, walkways, stairwells, and arena seating areas.
Additional responsibilities include emptying trash containers, replacing liners, and ensuring waste is disposed of properly. You will also restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials as needed to keep all areas fully functional and presentable. Following safety procedures and company cleaning protocols is essential to maintaining a safe working environment.
This role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within a designated timeframe. You will also be expected to communicate any issues, supply needs, or maintenance concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
What You'll Need
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance are required due to the overnight schedule. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality work.
