Responsibilities
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Remove trash and recycling and replace liners as needed
- Replenish restroom and facility supplies including soap and paper products
- Respond to unexpected cleaning needs such as spills or urgent messes
- Follow all safety and security procedures for assigned facilities
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
- Complete cleaning routes efficiently and within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain company quality standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and remain on task
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and remain active during shifts
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
