What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Services Technician position at Clean Team?
The Clean Team is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, and commercial janitorial services. This flexible, hands-on position offers variety, with day-to-day responsibilities changing based on company workload and scheduling. No two days may look the same!
Responsibilities
- Assist carpet cleaning technician with carpet, upholstery and tile and grout cleaning in residential and commercial settings as needed
- Assist with area rug cleaning at our warehouse facility
- Perform janitorial duties at commercial facilities, including cleaning floors, trash/recycling, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Assist with other cleaning-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple service areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment and rugs.
Schedule & Expectations
- Monday-Friday 8am - 1pm and some Saturdays (scheduled in advance)
- Duties, locations, and daily assignments will vary
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid driver's license is required
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
