About the Job
Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable and professional Day Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environment at a Mercy Health facility in Toledo.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a medical setting. As a Day Porter, you'll help ensure patients, visitors, and staff experience a clean and well-maintained facility throughout the day.

What You'll Do
As a Day Porter, your responsibilities may include:
- Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, waiting areas, and common spaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the shift
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
- Respond to cleaning requests promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance concerns or supply shortages to your supervisor
- Follow all Clean Team and Mercy Health safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
- Previous commercial cleaning or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training
- Must have reliable transportation
