Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will:

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned areas

• Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and common areas

• Empty trash and replace liners as needed

• Respond promptly to spills and unexpected cleaning needs

• Follow all facility safety and security procedures

• Maintain company and client cleanliness standards

• Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members

• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and within expected timeframes

• Maintain Clean Team’s high standards of quality and professionalism

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who:

• Are at least 18 years of age

• Have reliable transportation

• Can work independently and stay organized

• Have strong attention to detail and dependable attendance

• Are able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required—paid training is provided
