Clean Team is seeking a dependable and motivated Site Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations in Knoxville, Tennessee.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, maintaining high-quality service standards, and building strong customer relationships. As the on-site leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and professionally maintained while supporting and developing your team.

Responsibilities

As Site Manager, you will:

• Lead and supervise daily commercial cleaning operations
• Work alongside team members and assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Perform routine inspections to ensure Clean Team quality standards are met
• Train, coach, and support new and existing employees
• Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs
• Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning supplies as needed
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Maintain compliance with company and customer safety standards
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Clean Team management and the customer
• Address operational concerns promptly and professionally
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
