As the on-site leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and professionally maintained while supporting and developing your team.

Responsibilities
As Site Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise daily commercial cleaning operations
- Work alongside team members and assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Perform routine inspections to ensure Clean Team quality standards are met
- Train, coach, and support new and existing employees
- Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs
- Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning supplies as needed
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Maintain compliance with company and customer safety standards
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Clean Team management and the customer
- Address operational concerns promptly and professionally
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the workday
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
