Clean Team Company is seeking dependable and safety-focused Lift Spotters to join our team. A Lift Spotter plays an important role in supporting safe operations by assisting equipment operators, monitoring work areas, and helping ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

As a Lift Spotter, you will:

• Assist lift operators by guiding and directing equipment movement safely

• Maintain constant awareness of surroundings and identify potential hazards

• Communicate clearly with equipment operators and team members

• Help ensure safe movement of materials, equipment, and personnel

• Monitor work areas to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment

• Follow all company, facility, and safety procedures

• Assist with basic cleanup and organization of work areas as needed

• Report safety concerns, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working as part of a team

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who:

• Are at least 18 years old

• Have reliable transportation

• Are dependable and safety-minded

• Have strong communication and observation skills

• Can remain alert and focused throughout the shift

• Are able to stand, walk, bend, and remain active during work hours

• Can work well independently and as part of a team

• Previous warehouse, industrial, construction, or equipment experience is helpful but not required
