Job Description

Clean Team Company is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaners in Knoxville TN. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients by performing a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is committed to providing exceptional service. Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties

• Clean and maintain offices, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all floor surfaces.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Restock restroom supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to spills and special cleaning requests.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Follow all company safety policies and client-specific procedures.
• Secure the facility upon completion of assigned duties when required.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
