What You’ll Do

As Site Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee daily commercial cleaning operations at the assigned facility
• Work alongside your team and assist with cleaning responsibilities when needed
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to cleaning team members
• Train new employees and help team members succeed in their roles
• Perform quality inspections to ensure Clean Team standards are consistently met
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, supplies, and operational needs
• Assist with scheduling and daily workforce coordination
• Maintain inventory levels and request cleaning supplies as needed
• Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Clean Team management and the customer
• Address concerns quickly while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude
• Create a respectful, dependable, and team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facility services experience
• Leadership, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to motivate and lead by example
• A dependable work ethic and commitment to quality
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
